I have been in the Malaysian Real Estate market for almost 23 years covering various categories from Commercial, Industrial, Land, Residential to Project Marketing and managing of private owner’s investment properties.

Personally I am also an avid investor in properties too, particularly in Commercial office and Residential condominium sector. Being an investor, I gain direct experience of being an owner which is valuable to my work too.

As a Probationary Estate Agent, I am now more focus in Sale & Rental of COMMERCIAL and INDUSTRIAL properties, plus some RESIDENTIAL (subsale/projects) properties. Working primarily within the Klang Valley (more into Mont Kiara / Damansara / PJ / and nearby locations such as Puchong, Subang, Shah Alam & Klang) with possibility venturing towards outside Klang Valley upon requests.
