Ms. Sarah Lim is a registered Valuer, Estate Agent and Property Manager with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents, Malaysia (BOVAEA or LPPEH). She is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Institution of Surveyors, Malaysia (ISM) and fellow member of the Association of Valuers, Property Managers, Estate Agents and Property Consultants in the Private Sector Malaysia (PEPS).
She has more than 23 years of working experience in real estate professional services and property valuation in Australia and Malaysia.
Prior to establishing the present company, Ms. Lim holds a management position in Knight Frank Malaysia. Her expertise include valuation of a wide spectrum of properties both residential and commercial, real estate agency and project marketing of residential and commercial properties, property consultancy and research on the high-end residential market and service apartment in the Klang Valley.

- Real estate agency for an International Oil & Gas Company and the residential project sited in a prestige golf club in Kuala Lumpur, as well as other residential, commercial and industrial properties sited in Klang Valley. with estimated combined value worth of over RM100 million.
- Valuation of landed and strata properties including development lands, industrial premises, commercial offices, hotel, retail shoplots, terraced and detached residential properties.
- Valuation of development lands and industrial premises for compulsory land acquisition and compensation purposes.
- Appointed as Private Assessor at high court Malaysia assist judge in land acquisition matters
- Rental valuation for litigation and property encroachment purposes
- Property consultancy and research on the high-end residential market and service apartment in the Klang Valley.
- Tenancy management in assisting foreign owners in managing their high end properties in Kuala Lumpur
- Appointed as exclusive agent for settling up new office in the region or office relocation of corporate includes Al Habib Bank Malaysia, Coco-cola Malaysia, AGB Nielsen Media Research, RSPO Secretariat, Shooting Star Media, Global Linkwork KL and Perunding ZNA.
- Her extensive experience in expatriate leasing includes leasing services for corporate clients such as Nestle, Honeywell, AC Nelson, Samsung, Western Digital, BMW, Astro, Schlumberger, Bumi Armada, Lafarge Asia, Oracle, Embassy of Mexico, Petronas, Core Laboratories and Garden International School.
